The quality of mineral water has not changed over of centuries. Karlovy Vary springs contain the majority of elements from the periodic system. Mineral water from Karlovy Vary rises from depths circa 2500 m below the Earth’s surface and it is accessible to the public in 15 springs, which differ in their temperature and the amount of dissolved carbon dioxide. Therefore, each spring is different with its temperature, gas content and its effects.
